Export Google Authenticator to Your New Device

First, you need to operate on your old device:

1. Open your Google Authenticator, click the icon in the upper-right corner, and select "Export accounts."

2. Enter your phone password, select the BYDFi account you want to export, and click "Export."

3. Use your new device to download the Google Authenticator, click "Import," and scan the QR code provided by Google on your old device.

4. After exporting your Google Authenticator, please make sure that the Google Authenticator on the new device can be used normally.

If it cannot be used normally after the transfer, please synchronize your Google Authenticator with the server time to resolve the error message of an invalid code.

For details, please confirm the following items according to the system you are using:

Android

1. Make sure that the date and time are set automatically on your device.

2. Click "settings" in the Authenticator app on your new device, select "Time corrections for codes," and click "Sync now."

IOS

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the IOS system.

2. Turn on "Set Automatically" in "Settings" → "General" → "Date & Time."

It will automatically set up your date and time based on your time zone. If there is any update, the IOS system will notify you.
