If you use APPLE ID and choose to hide your email address when you register your BYDFi account, you will not be able to change your email address by yourself.

You can contact our customer service team and provide us with 1. hand-held identification and a picture of your request 2. a screenshot of your Apple settings.

To find it, open Settings on your device and click on the avatar options.

Select Password & Security

Choose "Sign in with Apple"

After you provide the above information, our team will complete the mailbox conversion and notify you within 3 business days.

Another way to receive the email is to check if you have set up forwarding to your primary email address in your iPhone settings.

Please click on "Manage Settings" > "Forward To."

The system will then directly send the verification code to your forwarded email address.
