Before BYDFi handles your deposits, we recommend that you confirm the following
1. You have already completed KYC and made the payment with the third party.
2. Check your email to see if you have received a confirmation email from the third party, if not, BYDFi recommends you to contact the service provider. How to Contact Customer Support for Crypto Service Providers
Once the above confirmation is complete, you can contact BYDFi customer service and provide the following information:
UID, Hash (TxID), and the confirmation email from the service provider.
