- Dec 17, 2021 · 3 years agoIt can be frustrating when 2FA doesn't work on your cryptocurrency wallet. There could be several reasons for this issue. First, make sure that the time on your device is synchronized correctly. If the time is not accurate, the 2FA codes generated by your wallet and the authentication server may not match. You can try syncing your device's time with an internet time server and see if that resolves the problem. If the time is not the issue, double-check that you have entered the correct 2FA code. Sometimes, a simple typo can cause the code to be rejected. If you're still having trouble, consider disabling and re-enabling 2FA on your wallet. This can sometimes reset any configuration issues and resolve the problem.

One possible reason for this issue could be a compatibility problem between your wallet and the 2FA app you're using. Make sure that you're using a supported 2FA app and that it's properly linked to your wallet. Additionally, check if your wallet's software is up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues. If updating the software doesn't help, you might want to reach out to the wallet's support team for further assistance. They should be able to guide you through the troubleshooting process and help you get your 2FA working again.
