- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoThere could be a few reasons why your NFTs are not showing up in your Metamask wallet. First, make sure that you are logged into the correct wallet address in Metamask. Sometimes, users accidentally switch to a different wallet address and wonder why their NFTs are missing. Second, check if the NFTs were successfully transferred to your wallet address. You can do this by searching for the transaction on the blockchain explorer and verifying that it was completed. If the transaction was successful, but the NFTs still don't appear, try refreshing your wallet or clearing the cache. If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there is an issue with the NFT contract or the marketplace where you purchased the NFTs. In this case, you may need to reach out to the support team of the marketplace or the NFT project for further assistance.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoHey there! It can be frustrating when your NFTs don't show up in your Metamask wallet. One common reason for this is that the NFTs may not be compatible with the wallet. Metamask supports certain standards like ERC-721 and ERC-1155 for NFTs. If your NFTs are based on a different standard, they may not appear in your wallet. Another possibility is that the NFTs are not yet fully minted or transferred to your wallet address. Some NFT projects have a delay in minting or transferring the NFTs, so you might need to wait for a while. If you've checked these possibilities and still can't find your NFTs, it's a good idea to seek help from the community or the support team of the NFT project.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoI understand how frustrating it can be when your NFTs are missing from your Metamask wallet. As an expert from BYDFi, I can suggest a few troubleshooting steps. First, ensure that you have added the correct NFT contract address to your wallet. Sometimes, users forget to add the contract address, resulting in NFTs not showing up. Second, check if the NFTs are visible on the blockchain explorer. If they are, it means that the issue is with your wallet and not the NFTs themselves. In this case, try resetting your wallet or importing it to another device. If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there is a bug or compatibility issue with the specific version of Metamask you are using. You can try updating Metamask to the latest version or reaching out to the Metamask support team for assistance.
