Which exchanges offer paper trading for cryptocurrencies?

Can you recommend any cryptocurrency exchanges that offer paper trading? I'm looking for a platform where I can practice trading with virtual money before investing real money. It would be great if the exchange offers a realistic simulation of the market and allows me to test different trading strategies. Any suggestions?
