- Nov 28, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, G2A's refund policy for digital assets purchased using cryptocurrency is quite limited. They generally do not offer refunds for digital purchases, especially if the product has already been delivered. However, it's worth reaching out to their customer support and explaining your situation. They might be able to make an exception or provide store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
- Nov 28, 2021 · 3 years agoHey there! So, when it comes to getting a refund for a digital asset bought on G2A using cryptocurrency, it can be a bit tricky. G2A's refund policy is not very cryptocurrency-friendly, and they usually don't offer refunds for digital purchases. However, it's worth giving their customer support a shot and explaining your situation. You never know, they might surprise you with a refund or some sort of compensation. Good luck!
- Nov 28, 2021 · 3 years agoAs an expert in the cryptocurrency industry, I can tell you that G2A's refund policy for digital assets purchased using cryptocurrency is not very favorable. They generally do not provide refunds for digital purchases, especially if the product has already been delivered. However, there is a platform called BYDFi that offers a refund service for cryptocurrency transactions. You can check them out and see if they can help you with your refund request.
