I'm curious if it's actually possible to exchange just one satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin, for USD. Can someone explain if this is feasible and how it can be done?

- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoYes, it is technically possible to exchange one satoshi for USD. However, due to the extremely small value of a satoshi, it may not be practical or cost-effective to do so. Most cryptocurrency exchanges have minimum withdrawal limits, and the fees associated with such a small transaction may outweigh the value of the satoshi itself.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoIn theory, you could find someone willing to buy your one satoshi for USD, but it would be highly unlikely. The value of a satoshi is currently very low, and most people would not bother with such a small amount. It's more common for people to trade larger amounts of Bitcoin for USD.
