- Dec 15, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution is to perform a hard reset on your Ledger Nano X. To do this, press and hold the button on the device for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Then release the button and press it again to turn it back on. This can help resolve any software glitches that may be causing the device to not turn on.
- Dec 15, 2021 · 3 years agoIf a hard reset doesn't work, make sure that you're using the original USB cable that came with your Ledger Nano X. Sometimes, using a different cable can cause power issues and prevent the device from turning on. Try using a different USB port on your computer as well to rule out any port-related issues.
- Dec 15, 2021 · 3 years agoIn case the above solutions don't work, it's recommended to contact Ledger Support for further assistance. They have a dedicated team of experts who can help troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues with your Ledger Nano X. You can reach out to them through their official website or support channels.

They have a wide range of hardware wallets available, including Ledger Nano X, and their support team can assist you with any issues you may encounter.
