- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoOne way to access your Binance account without relying on Google Authenticator is by using the Binance SMS authentication feature. You can enable this feature by going to the Security tab in your Binance account settings. Once enabled, Binance will send a verification code to your registered mobile number whenever you log in. Simply enter the code to access your account. Make sure to keep your mobile number up to date to ensure you receive the verification code.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoIf you have lost access to your Google Authenticator and haven't set up the Binance SMS authentication, you can try contacting Binance support for assistance. They may require you to provide some verification documents to prove your identity and ownership of the account. Once your identity is verified, they can help you regain access to your account by disabling the Google Authenticator and setting up alternative authentication methods.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoAs an alternative to Google Authenticator, you can also use hardware wallets like Ledger or Trezor to secure your Binance account. These hardware wallets provide an extra layer of security by storing your private keys offline. To set up a hardware wallet with your Binance account, you'll need to follow the instructions provided by the wallet manufacturer and Binance. This method ensures that even if you lose access to your Google Authenticator, you can still access your account using the hardware wallet.
