Is there a way to filter the coin list in Binance to only display the coins that I own? I find it difficult to keep track of my portfolio when there are so many coins listed on the exchange. Are there any tools or settings available in Binance that can help me with this?

To enable this feature, go to your Binance account settings, click on 'Hide 0 Balance' and save the changes. This will make it easier for you to focus on the coins that you actually have in your portfolio.
