Real USD (USDR v2) is a unique stablecoin that is rebased and yield-bearing, backed by overcollateralized tokenized real estate. This stablecoin offers two competitive advantages:

1) Yield: The tokenized properties in the Real USD treasury generate rental yield, which is distributed daily to holders through a rebase. If Real USD falls below 100% collateralization ratio, 50% of the daily rebase is used to recollateralize USDR.

2) Real Estate price appreciation: Real Estate has a long history of price appreciation. Over the last 50 years, the average sales price of a house in the United States has grown from $27,000 in Q1 1970 to $383,000 in Q1 2020. This appreciation in the backing of USDR allows for additional yield and stability in the system.
