What is Rikeza Chain?
Rikeza Chain is an innovative solution that brings programmability and interoperability to Rikeza Chain. It relies on a PoA consensus system that supports short block time and lower fees. Validators are selected based on their bond and produce blocks. Security, stability, and chain finality are ensured through double-sign detection and slashing logic.

What can I do with Rikeza Chain? The purpose of this new blockchain and DEX is to create an alternative marketplace for issuing and exchanging digital assets in a decentralized manner.
You can:
- Send and receive RIK
- Issue new tokens to digitalize assets and use Rikeza Chain as an underlying exchange/transfer network for the assets
For developers, you can also:
- Build smart contracts using Rikeza Chain, which is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
- Port your projects over from Ethereum as RIK is EVM-compatible
- Send and receive RIK
- Explore the transaction history and blocks on the chain using RIK SCAN, API, and node RPC interfaces
Developers can also:
- Issue new tokens to digitalize assets
- Run a full node to listen to and broadcast live updates on transactions, blocks, and consensus activities
- Develop wallets and tools to help users use Dapps

Rikeza Chain also supports RIK20 Asset, a token protocol compatible with RIK20. It extends RIK20 and provides additional interfaces such as getOwner and decimals. For more information, read the full proposal here.
Rikeza Chain is ready for other projects to migrate their tokens and take advantage of performant transactions, more liquidity options, and native marketplace features. More information on how projects can set themselves up for this will be available soon.
