The community manages Panda DAO, and all authority over the treasury is decentralized to token holders. The white paper establishes ground rules for discipline and motivation within the DAO. The platform collects public cryptocurrency information and crowdsources the auditing process. It also generates word clouds to provide insights into public opinion. Panda DAO plans to develop a decentralized payment gateway for web3 projects. The DAO operates under community rules, conducts leader elections, and requires community votes for any modifications to the white paper. Token voting holds 80% weight, work group voting holds 15% weight, and leader voting holds 5% weight. The token distribution includes DAO fundraising, project development team allocation, content auditing team allocation, leader allocation, columnist allocation, other team spending, LP pool allocation, and PeopleDAO funding. The treasury revenue is distributed for token buyback, veToken dividends, purchase of $PEOPLE token, and reserve assets. PandaDAO generates revenue through its products, LP fees, product charge profit, advertisement income, and more. The treasury assets are managed by PeopleDAO's multi-sig treasury, and code security audits are conducted. Proposals go through a posting, review, and voting process, and a refund plan is in place in case of project failure.
