MetaFinance is a subsidiary of a mother company that has been operating in the finance business in the corporate payment sector for the past 30 years. As a subsidiary of such a well-credited company, MetaFinance has decided to enter the blockchain market by introducing the MetaFinance token for utility purposes and launching a commercial Defi-oriented NFT platform named 'MetaRare'. MetaRare has a fixed plan and partner resources to provide and service high-quality art products by collaborating with global tier Art foundations. We also have a fixed plan enabling our native MetaFinance tokens to work as utilities by providing discounts to NFT buyers and incentivizing users with MetaFinance tokens.

By penetrating the market with either the NFT platform named 'MetaRare' or the MetaFinance utility token, we aim to create a continuous revenue stream and establish a strong foundation for a legitimate long-term business. While working towards these goals, we are implementing a wide and extensive advertising campaign on the MetaRare NFT platform to increase public awareness in the short term and acquire at least 25% of the NFT market share in Korea, as well as in targeted countries such as the US, Canada, and Japan, but not limited to these.
