Hermes DAO is a decentralized fund for investing in various crypto assets such as tokens, coins, and NFTs. The fund is managed by Hermes DAO Parliament and the community. The primary focus of Hermes DAO is to generate a consistent and stable income, which will be distributed as passive income to HMX liquidity providers and stakers. The objective is to distribute 65% of the profits from each share to the participants and allocate the remaining 35% for new investments. The generated income from investments will be distributed as rewards to HMX liquidity providers and stakers, with the exact distribution method decided by the community through a governance platform. Users have the ability to earn multiple reward tokens by providing liquidity. The governance platform serves as a tool to implement decentralization within Hermes DAO. Any holder of Hermes (HMX) tokens above a certain threshold can create a poll, and each voter with a minimum amount of Hermes (HMX) tokens holds equal voting power.
