EQ9 was deployed in its issuance with 1 billion 800 million EQ9 tokens.

Equals9 was founded in 2019 by Anderson Vasconcelos, who used to be a blockchain market analyst, joined later by Pedro Bufulin, a Graduating Computer Science at the Federal University of Uberlândia, specializing as a full-stack developer, with over 2 years of development of smart contracts in EVM networks

Anderson wanted to create a company to help educate the mass public about blockchain and penetrate large markets, which were not using blockchain to automate their services, and with his financial background, he then created a holding company to act as an incubator of blockchain dapps, aiming at different markets but with the sole purpose of creating awareness of how to use wallets, tokens, and decentralized services

But he did not want to release a token before a working product, so to fund the project, he transformed Equals9 from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into a Closed Joint Corporation (CJC) to sell private shares and finish the development

With that important and key shareholders were brought to the company to pay for the development and progress of the overall project

Equals9 has more than 19 shareholders and employs more than 30 staff, it has acquired 5 subsidiaries already, it implemented a Shared Service Center (SSC) for the entire economic group, to create jobs and opportunities.
